Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for incorrect file types, uploads, etc. Files will be printed as is. Issues with gang sheets or prints need to be addressed within 24 hours of delivery. Reprint, refund, or shop credit is at the sole discretion of shop owner and is taken on a case by case basis. We cannot upgrade shipping times once an item has left our shop. Please contact us if you need to upgrade shipping PRIOR to your order being shipped and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Items can only be refunded  if there is a store mistake with product recevied (size).  Mistakes made by customers when ordering cannot be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging.
